    Truck Engine I brought home

I want to thank everyone for the very thoughtful replies. When I saw that complete engine sitting in the corner, I made an offer to purchase the engine, knowing I was not letting it go to salvage. Downsizing is very difficult. After losing two close friends in the past few years with large...

Friend called me, wanted to know if I wanted a flathead out of 1949 truck, before it goes to salvage yard. Why do I do this?
