I would say the tires have flat spots on them from sitting around a lot, or out of balance. Just my thoughts. Bill

I have a 6 volt alternator with halogen headlights, while the engine is idling the lights are dim. When I rev the engine the lights are bright. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks for your input. Bill
