I have a 23 Touring. Was the motor and hogshead painted black from the factory? The motor and hogs head are beadblasted. They will rust if not taken care of. What is the best way to do this? I assume I do not want several coats and primer on the head and block to allow the heat to dissapate...

Do you know what year the steering column is for? I need a 17-25. I am also looking for front and rear shackles in good condition. Mine are very worn.

I have a Sparton horn also. Model R2-14. From my research it came from a Willies Jeep around 1942. Not sure what your model was for, sorry.
