Need a set of front bumper brackets for my 46 coupe. I purchased a set from another person and never recieved them. I will post on that later.

I recieved this when I bought my car. I just opened the box yesterday. It apears to be reworked because the case has fresh paint and some of the capasitors have been changed inside. The mechanical parts have been lubed and just looks real clean inside. The outside is real nice and the controls...
