Well, I have a 10-spine pinion. I thought that was 39 or newer.

I am looking for a parts interchange information. What year ring and pinion will fit my 1040 ford rear end? Will all 39 to 44 years fit? I need 9/37 ratio. Thanks Howard

See the pictures, what I thought was a plug, is a vent to the idle circuit. this is on the bases thst are sculptured, the solid larger bases are different and do not have this extra vent. What are the years? thanks Howard

Hello; a new guy,Working on some Ford 97s. Hopefully I can put some pictures here. Or how do I put picture here? there is a brass plug that comes out of the EE-1 base. But not on all of the bases ,have a plug. the fuel bowl has a notch to accommodate the plug. Question what does do? is it...
