I spent sometime before I posted last night looking. Their catalog does not list what I am looking for. Considering that the cab mount blocks they offer come as 4 pieces and not the 6 needed like factory, i dont have a lot of faith in their products.
I'm trying to gather the rest of the parts to mount my 1934 pickup body to the frame. I'm having a hard time locating body to frame bolts for the cab and bed. Also are there wood blocks under the bed like the cab? do you use the body welting like a model A?
thank you
Vehicle in question is a 34 pickup I am building. Does anyone know who makes the cab and bed body mount blocks? Im having a hard time finding them for sale any of the places I have checked. Macs and early ford store of San Dimas. I might try to calling tomorrow. But can't find them online.
Thanks
Got a 31 pickup that I can not get running for the life of me. I think it's timing. Buy not sure where I am going wrong. Been over it a dozen times. Most I've gotten is about 10 seconds of running. If anyone in the Seattle area wanted to stop by and help me that would be super awesome. Thanks Matt
I have 2 bb frames. Both 157 inch wheel base. I bought both these for the cabs. The 1932 bb chassis is pretty rough. Pitted and missing the brakes and rearend. No engine or trans. Was a 4 cylinder truck.
The 1934 bb chassis is a pretty nice chassis. V8 truck originally Has all the stock brake...

FYI still banger powered.
I have looked at a few crappy frames over the last couple weeks. Haven't seen anything I can't live without.
Bought a brookville sub floor and I am looking for a good original firewall, drivers door, and a drivers quarter panel with good upper portion. bottom and back can be rough. I just need...
I forgot to say I have a complete stock front and rear axle and suspension. A 7:1 winfield head, intake, carb, cam, lightened flywheel and counterbalanced crank rebuilt engine. A trans. I just need a nice frame. and I'm off and running.
also when I mention "not a show car" I mean I'm not...
So I bought a old roadster body and would like to return it to stock. It has been a hot rod at one point, but I prefer stock or lightly modified cars, I believe you guys call them touring cars. I have a 95% stock banger powered model A widebed pickup I daily drive here in Seattle and I just...
