    Question about sidemounted wheels

I have 29 truck and really beautiful to look at. Sort of caught my eye to purchase it. And thinking of selling very soon for I need to go little faster than model A's allow me. But the doors do not open all the way and if you are very tall or overweight this can make it tough to getting into...

What's a good body filler (Not Bondo)

You will do fine with body filler.. Lead is a dying art and some who I know used it have gone to plastic fillers for the acid on lead would bleed through and give troubles to paint. You may want to use a metal conditioner to clean the rusty metal before using a good primer / sealer. I have used...

    Model A highway speed.

45 mph would be a good speed..The only problem here in NJ is all the traffic lights and stoping distance needed to stop the A comfortable. I stay on back roads and feel the A is more comfortable at slower speeds like 35 mph . I just do not want to have to do a panic stop with A on Highways and...

    Problem with fuel tap.

I use teflon tape but make sure it is not on first thread where it can get into gas line flow.. You can wrap it heavy if needed but just make sure you leave first thread or two clear to start threading into tank or other fittings you use it on.

    paint costs

If you take your time and prep the car/truck and have it painted by someone that can paint you will save yourself tons of money. The prep / body work is what takes all the time and adds to the cost. Depending how straight you want your body panels and rust to be fixed. But painting your car can...
