Tractor Supply Ez-Slide works great, just use gloves, it's hard to wash off.

While installing studs I put antiseize on them and the oil worked past some of the nuts.

Permatex Permashield Gasket Dressing & Sealant works well. It does not harden and the hose is easy to remove at a later date. It is also fuel resistant.

I was told if you use a wood box you need to put cardboard around it, if you don't you will pay more for the exposed wood box. Go figure

CRC brake lube works very well.

Try EZ Turn to seal and to lube the valve. I have used it and the valve turns easy and does not leak. I have also used it on oil lines with no leaks. I read it is used by Rolls as a back up to the o rings to seal the fuel lines on their jet engines. Got it from Sky Geek.

One of your starter bolts may be to long and if it is it will hit the flywheel. When I took my engine apart I found marks on the front of my flywheel from a long bold that someone used.
