    Drippin' gas line inside

Werner, I had a leak earlier this year exactly like yours. It turned out the glass sediment bowl wasn't real tight against the firewall, so I first had my son hold the sediment bowl on the engine side with a wrench to keep it from moving while I tightened the big nut under the dash. That got...

    Tire Pressure

I bought new rubber stemmed tubes and rim liners in 2017 from Mike's and installed them in 2019 with new Universal 21" tires. The tire pressure remains very constant in all tires, and any changes I think are due to the summer/winter temperature extremes here. If you do want new tubes, maybe...

    Engine noise

I had a similar noise years ago. Adjusting the main and rod bearings didn't help, and I even tried a new cam gear and thruster since the knock was closer to the front of the engine. Need Help installing Disconnect bracket

    engine vibration part 2

This discussion got me thinking. I replaced my original rear motor mount rubber pads when restoring the car in 1980 and I haven't given them a thought since. Should the rubber pads be replaced every few years to minimize vibrations between the engine and frame? Gary

    Dang, Grease on the Headliner

I have used Lundmark Fast Action Spot Remover to get oily, greasy stains off of carpet and auto upholstery with good results. Got it at our local hardware store. I always just blot it on and don't scrub at it.

    modern shock upgrade

Three years ago, I installed Bratton's no drilling required shock set on our 29 Town Sedan. They installed fairly easily, and my set came with Napa Proformer powder coated shocks. Those shocks, along with a new set of Universal tires, gave the car an excellent ride.
