    Rust in the bead of 21" rims

    I have some rust inside the bead (both sides) of my 1929 21" wheels. You can hear it when turning them. Otherwise these are great rims, not pitted or bent. Is this a problem? And if so how can I fix it before painting them. Thanks, Greasespot
