    1951 c4 swap

As far as getting the correct converter from my adapter provider Speedway sent me a converter that was a stall converter that was too high. The associate said it was the only one that would fit my 157 flex plate. I’ve have seen during my investigation for this issue Flatomatic may have reopened.

1951 Flathead to C4 drive shaft advice

1951 coupe flathead to C4 adapter

After much trial and error over the past year with my 51 clutch chatter I have thrown in the towel and found a 74 C4 had it rebuilt. Now I’m having trouble deciding on an adapter for my flathead. Throw out bearing/ clutch fork

Bearing isn’t the issue it’s the hub that is hard to find.

    Throw out bearing/ clutch fork

Well that’s what I’m afraid of. They sent me the wrong part and now I’m down until I can find the right one. Everybody that carries the bearing hub combination is out of stock.
