Does anyone know of a reputable machine shop around middle TN that can rebuild a Model A engine? Can travel further if needed.

Ok took some more pictures and measurements. A 1/2 bolt will go through every hole except where outer bumper bolts go. Thats true for both front and rear brackets. Front outer brackets are 24 inches long roughly.

I am looking for clarification on these bumper brackets. They are marked 33 and also 33-34 . They happened to be with a bunch of other stuff I bought at an auction. I do not want to misrepresent or sell something that is not described properly. From what I have gathered the inside bumper bolts...

Nice catch Sal, missed the mixture screws. run them all the way in and back out 1/2-3/4 turn good starting point.

Floats too high, bad needle seats, manual or electric pump? You can pull tops off and watch them.
