I've had multiple forums suggest the same LOWES peal and seal rubber mat as an inexpensive alternative. I think that's what I plan to use also! Also saw Lizard skin for a sound deadening paint for floor panels.

I have a mechanical art project I'm working on and trying to source Model A parts that can be welded. If you have an old box of bits that are not usable anymore for a car because of cracks, bends, chips, or pieces missing (please no overly rusty items), I'd like to make sure they have a chance...
