    Horn Shorted. rebuild or repair??

    The vendors stock a 'special' screw that is only threaded part way so that the screw can not be turned in too far that it shorts out the horn. https://www.brattons.com/horn-cover-screw.html

    231 is the area code for western Michigan (including Cadillac) 213 is an area code for LA I would expect 231 to be the correct area code.

    I have a 31 Tudor rear fender here that I have been working on and it has a one inch hole for the wires.

    I was curious as to what wiper you started with. I have a '28AA with the tube in the windshield, but no wiper hardware. I don't plan to ever drive in the rain either, but my plans are often modified by events. It is better to have something than find yourself out in the rain with nothing.
