`28 Ford AV8 Roadster for Sale

Health issues continue, so I'm still trying to sell my AV8 roadster ... although it now features a new, lower price and some additional mod's have been made to the engine since the earlier post. I do want to emphasize that this is a "traditionally inspired" hot rod -- very reminiscent of a gow...

`34 Ford Rear End for Sale

So...I ran onto this complete `34 Ford rear end, which had been yanked out of an old Vicky to make room for a late-model rear end. Since there was some chance it would turn out to be a 3:54, and since the `34 rear end under my roadster is a 4:11 and getting a little tired...I decided to roll...

For Sale -- 1931 Ford Victoria

Let's give it a bump for the Sunday crowd. And it goes without saying that if you like my car ... but don't like my price, you're encouraged to make a counter-offer. Who knows?? If it's really as reasonable as YOU think it is...you might wind up buying yourself a car!

For Sale -- 1931 Ford Victoria

Let's see if I can get a few more pictures to upload... Several photo's I'd wanted to include apparently suffer from being too big a file size. I'll be back with more.

For Sale -- 1931 Ford Victoria

For Sale: 1931 Ford Victoria "Leatherback". Once owned by famed Texas oilfield firefighter "Red" Adair (documentation included), this is an excellent Vicky that needs nothing ... except your TLC. Restored in the early 1980's, when original parts were still available, it is very complete and...

    Flush-Mount Doors

Hahaha:):):) That's funny, Doug, I don't care who you are. Appreciate the response. Now I know there are at least two Model A's with flush-mount doors ... the Vicky and the S/W. Thanks.

    Flush-Mount Doors

Purchased a `31 Victoria a few months ago ... and was pleasantly surprised to find it had flush-mount doors. All my past experience with Model A's had involved the much-more-common lap door. Limited research suggests to me that the town sedan may have also had flush mount doors, but these were...

    original 30 /31 hood

If the hood is still available ... I'd be interested. But it's gonna involve shipping. Not everyone lives in CT.

    Date Stamp Info Wanted

Thanks for steering me to Steve Pluck's website. Insofar as answers to my questions are even available ... that's the place to go! I truly appreciate the help.

    Date Stamp Info Wanted

There's a date stamped on the lower right front corner of my `28 roadster's gas tank. Now I know that the date on which the gas tank was manufactured probably doesn't necessarily coincide with the date of the car's production ... but it's something that was NOT present on any of my later Model...

`39 Ford Clutch Pedal Bushing -- Many Thanks

Several weeks ago I posted a "Wanted" ad on the Swap meet section. I was looking for a `39 Ford clutch pedal bushing that had some larger-than-normal dimensions. It needed to be 1.92" long, with a 1.193" ID, and a 1.254 OD and none of the aftermarket vendors seemed to have this item in stock...

    1939 or 1940 Mercury

John, I don't have one, but a friend here in San Antonio is looking to sell his `39 Mercury tudor project. It's a pretty solid old body and I think price is in the neighborhood of $7K. If interested, gimme a call at 210-884-7372. Garry

Brake & Clutch Pedal Bushing -- 1939 Ford

The aftermarket is not the answer to my problem ... I've communicated with about a dozen suppliers and none of them have it. Word is that nobody makes 'em any more. I'm hopin' that ... just maybe ... you have one lying around your shop that you'd be willing to sell. At this point, I'm so...
