Sorry to hear about the welding woes there, I prefer Lincoln myself. I bought the Lincoln 100 a few yrs ago and put the gas kit into it and I am happy with it, but I'm not trying aluminum either, just steel. Wish you the best and hope you get things worked out and thanks for the heads up.
