Got the windshield removed. 80 yr old flathead screws are terrible. But I only broke one. The frame is coming along nicely. Need to get new wnidow seals (all of them) and possibly a w/shield frame. All but one (rf) window regulates are there. Next week, it's a roller and floor fab begins!

Crappy chrome waterneck leaks a little. Front dipstick tube seal also. 80mph on the freeway, 160*, I ain't gonna complain. Now, if I can get it to hold still long enough to swap front springs, we'll be golden like front teeth in the ghetto!

AV8 - banjo rear vs Ford 8" question?

I used a conversion based on a Hot rod works. My dad was a toolmaker for GM. See the connection? I ran a '36 banjo behind my 286 Flatty/5 Spd combo. Worked great. Low $$ fir what you gain.

Put about 400 miles on it this week so far. Jenny took the girls to Girl Scouts tonight. Picked up pizza and beer. Neighbors drove to Detroit fir a concert. Ugly but it sure goes where it needs to!

    Hot rod T sedan

Guys, Don't get me wrong. I fully appreciate damn near any old car. I'd love to have a stock A or T. Do I gave the patience to maintain one for how often I would drive it? Probably not. I do, however, have the skills, tools, friends, and knowhow to build a period correct hot rod. Nothing...
