Yes I know I'll catch hell for this .. but I'm doing it .. I am swapping in a 302 and C4 where the G226 and 3 speed was. The G finally spun a rod bearing due to long oil pick up times after sitting .. and the 3 speed started rumbling ( most likely a bearing). Sooo ... the question is ... does...

Sorry to re-open this can of worms ... but .. is the bendix for the G 226 9 or 10 teeth ... the starter i pulled off my G has 10 teeth .. the one i used to replace it came from an H it has 9 teeth ??? is one of them the wrong one OR do the G 7 H use different bendix ??

Could you custom fabricate the radius rod cap you desire using 2 of the above caps? That was / is my intention ... use one on top one on bottom of the ball and space it all down so teh center of it is approx 1-1/2 inch below normal

that number is for the bushing .. I am wanting another half to the cup .. I am wanting to jerry rig the bushing end of the radius rod down approx 1-1/2 inches from standard .. to see is more positive camber helps my darting problem ... I know i can lengthen the shackles and lower it that...

Okay .. new dilemma ... I got new bumpers ... well .. one rechromed and a driver quality one .. anyway, the bolt holes in the new ones dont match the old ones ... can anyone tell me what i have ?? The new bumpers, the center holes are 19 inches apart .. but the old bumpers, the center holes...
