Alan, we used the heavy duty extension brackets from Snyder's. Trunk is full and sits fine. The side brackets were loose so I added nylon washers to each bolt. No more rattle. Ed

Marcel, Most likely in those days it would have been a water transfer decal. A multi layer process to make them, most likely screen printed, 1st screen a layer of glue, next layer(s) would be colors then a clear layer on top. Soak it in water and it slides off of the backing paper. Ed

Mabel1930, I am confused, are you looking for the post that sticks out of the electric wiper motor, then the connector in your post plugs onto it. If that is the case I think you will have find another basket case motor and cannibalise it. Ed
