Thanks for your thoughts. Definitely is a B breather tube I was thinking about removing the tube completely and cleaning it ? The cap seems to be modified a bit, looks like it does have tabs to keep it from going on tight...

Hello, I'm a new A owner and new to this forum. I recently inherited a 1931 tudor. It appears to have a B block with an A head. I have substantial oil leak when I run with the cap on the filler tube. No cap no leak. Any suggestions?
