I'm at the point in my restoration where it's time to reupholster the seats in my Model A. The seat springs that I have look to be in good shape (for 90 years) in that there are no obvious broken springs. After looking at new springs, it appears to be the same design so I'm wondering if it is...

How was the swap meet??? Any good pictures?

I frequently see Mac's having sales such as X% off, or free shipping. My question is do other model A suppliers offer similar deals? I have an order to place, and was looking to see what other deals are out there. Thanks.

Congratulations to that young man. I know I felt the joy just watching the video, the kid must have been ten times more excited. Wish I could have had that opportunity at his age!

I believe there was a video out there of someone holding a match to the gas tank opening, but the flame arrestor did it's job. Can't locate the video right now....

Although it's not Model A related, here are some pictures I saw on Yahoo news this morning. Hope you enjoy them. I like the ice cream picture myself. "Exactly 75 five years ago, Margaret and Denys Gardiner, two lovebirds on their honeymoon, were having the time of their lives touring the...

The guy painting my car had to have hip surgery........twice!!!!

Although I have yet to restore my shocks, the information that Steve, Tom, and other Fordbarners provide will be invaluable. Thanks for all you do!

Just bought cowl patch panels from Mac's and they look great.

Not model A related, but thought everyone might like to see New York City in COLOR during 1939. My favorite part was the street vendor selling pina colada's for 5 cents. Enjoy! http://now.msn.com/new-york-in-1939-seen-in-new-archive-footage

I recently bought patch panels from Mac's, because that was all I needed for my Tudor. I didn't install them, but my body guy did before he painted the car. He said they were a good fit, and the paint job looks good where they were installed.
