SOLD>>>>>>>>>>Great tri-power set-up for Ford flathead. 3 chromed (older plating but still excellent) Stromberg 48's, thoroughly rebuilt by Charlie ny, a Barn contributor. In this application they may be superior to the highly touted 97's. Included are the chrome air cleaners and new EELCO...
When I was a teen in Southern California (1960's) I was heavily involved with A-Models. The version I got was an eccentrics collection of new Model A Ford Town Cars, preserved in cosmoline in a warehouse. Dennis/Arkansas
SOLD.....................Nice 1936 Ford Factory Standard spare tire cover. I believe that it will work on any Ford spare that has a similar spare bracket. It is in excellent condition. It has a correct original HURD football style key. It can be easily disassembled for repaint. It only needs the...

Hey Brendan, The current discussion on colors may have answered a question I had on a color, "Demonstrator Yellow", that I have seen on several Ford paint chip charts. I could never figure out why they called it "Demonstrator". Perhaps it was to gain attention at the dealership. Please see...

Thank you all very much! Sometimes I'm as dumb as a "bag of hammers". I simply had put them on incorrectly. I merely rotated the bottom edge back into the fender and retightened them. They now fit perfectly. They are Drake's aprons and I am well pleased with them. Farmers with machinery, go...
Here are 2 Pics with the measurements Dick wanted. The piece of bracket that was left on the fender pretty well matched the new one. I may simplly try rotating them back in the morning. Thank all of you very much for your input, I do value it! Dennis/Arkansas
Just hung new splash aprons on my '40 Commercial for a test fit. Are they the correct ones? Have I installed them wrong? They extend down below the fender and it looks terrible. Really detracts from the fender profile.
Thanks fourtydlx, I finally found the braces in the shop. I was looking for a brace similar to the rear fender brace, going by the remnant I had. It finally dawned on me that the piece I was looking for was that large rectangular brace. I do have the left and right. Dennis/Arkansas
