I am restoring a 1934 Ford pick up and wanting to know is there a way to use my kelsey wire wheels and update the brakes to disc brakes?

Can anyone out there tell me where I can get a list of all the bolts, thread, size, length for this frame? I am putting a new frame from ASC and it is pre-drilled for all the bolts. Any help will be appreciated. Paul
