I went to start my 27 T and the coils will not buzz. I used a light meter to check if I was getting power. The light says I'm getting power to the coil box but coils will not buzz. Any idea what's wrong?
I'm using a universal ignition switch in my 1927 Model T. How do I hook up the magneto to the switch. Would it connect to the run or start post on the switch?
I'm getting power to the switch. The main wire is connected to the battery side of the starter switch. None of my accessories will work and no power to coils. Does the ignition switch need to be grounded to something?
I got a new ignition switch and a wire harness. I connected everything and nothing works. Any idea what might be going on? I have doubts checked everything and my wiring seems to be correct. I tried using different switches and still having issues.
MTFCA doesn't give much detail about the adapters. They tend to debate which methods work best for mounting and different people they know who can make them. Doesn't quite cover what I'm looking for. I just wanted to know if anyone had the specs for the adapters what size and width of the holes ect.
Hello, Everyone
I purchased a new aftermarket ignition switch for my 1927 Model T. When I connected the wires the switch would not work. I checked my wiring and it's correct. Has anyone experienced this issue or any suggestions on how to solve it.
Thanks
