Aloha Was looking to replace my broken crankshaft pulley with a 2 pcs screw in pulley, but I cannot find one. I also look at some of the post and they recommend to replace with a 1 pc pulley. Need help to remove the crankshaft pulley

Aloha Got it. Thanks to all of you who gave advice and support. Not really a car guy but I do get by. Just love the Model A. Attach is a pic of the issue, the pulley seemed fine, but not the spacer, luckily it did not seem to have made any damage inside the engine block. Mahalo again. daniel

Need help to remove the crankshaft pulley

Aloha Thanks Chuck, I am trying. I am using a ratchet with an extension thru the crank hole at the bottom of the radiator, and the ratchet is resting on the mount for the bumper driver side, I guess it is correct. I am rocking the car in gear but so far no luck. Maybe an impact wrench would be...

    Speedo gear retaining clip

Aloha, I have a issue with the speedometer, I narrowed down (I believed) to the speedo gear on the drive shaft, it is moving back and forth. I think it maybe that either the retaining clip as slipped out of the groove or it is broken. Is there a way to get to the retaining clip without removing...

Getting my 1931 Model A Coupe go start

Obviously issues with the starter. Is the battery fully charged? maybe to low to kick the starter. Just to isolate the problem, have you try to remove the spark plug and lay one of them on the block and hand crank it to see if you have spark?
