Wanted 15" steel Wheels for model A. Does anyone know what make, year, and model of car would have 15" solid steel wheels that fit a Model A hub?

How could we catch this guy? - If we could even find him? Is there any law enforcement that would go after such a con man? If found would there be jurisdiction law enforcement that would prosecute? I thinking there needs to be a solution, an established procedure for identifying honest sellers...

Update. I have purchased the Passenger Side Right Rear door hinges. I now have hinges that I can use for duplication of the still missing hinges, although I would prefer to find Driver's side Front Door hinges and Drivers's side rear door hinges. I do still need door parts ... 31...
