    I thought it might be a set-up to add a belt pulley and run flat belt implaments. Thats what i plan on using it for, making a portable power plant to run buzz saw. Just something to add alittle fun to work.

    Thanks for the info, I have heard of industrial engines before but i always wondered if ford sold them or was it something other companys boght engines from ford and added there conversions? I know my grandfather said that alot of times a farmer would make his own adapters to run a belt pulley...

    Im not sure if it will go but, if there is a man out there with a nice 1911 model t in need of a correct motor with deep pockets it might. Does anyone know what a early exposed push rod engine has sold for or going rate for one ?

    I have a flathead 8ba with a 3 speed truck transmission that turns over with a extra truck 3 speed ....$500 obo, A late 1936 engine that was running, sold the carb after i pulled it out , is complete other then that ...$500obo , and a late 1937 block that turns over and has most of the valves...

    I am just getting into building model a engines with performance parts and was wondering if anyone could tell me if you get better performance from having the spark plugs in the side of the head? Also how far with a stock block can you go to produce horsepower with babbit bearings ?

    1909- early 1913 frame

    I just came across a early frame with the short rear cross member, forged running board brackets in very restorable shape. the front cross member is bolted on, other then that everything is rivited on. I was wondering if someone could tell me or give me a genral idea of what it is worth? Thanks
