Opening windshield is the best thing ever besides maybe air conditioning! I love them!

Just had a thought that if the rubber isn't good in the wish bone ball that mechanical brakes could be affected. Where else in the system can I look for problems (besides adjustments)?

I don't understand that.. That doesn't indicate torque. Does it say anything else?

I need to know the torque for the big nut that holds the tapered drums on the rear axle of BB trucks. Thank you!

As you may know - all M2-4s came from the factory open cab and were changed to closed cab by (who knows) but cold places the military may have done it in their shops - it's just too easy to do with a junk cab. I'm sure in cold places they asked themselves "why suffer?" I've seen almost as many...

I inherited my dad's collection of M2-4's as well. I used to drive the closed cab one to high School after working for the privilege. I loved driving that as a kid too!

Here's a load I wouldn't do again in about 1998 back when the truck was my dad's. I bought this aprox 6,000lb lathe and they loded it with a bridge crane in a San Francisco machine shop. I snapped these pictures on my way back to Santa Cruz with it.

Yes, a factory Terra pickup long wheel base with a factory Nissan Turbo diesel. Not the best engine so now it has a 5.9 Cummins 12 valve I installed - that's why it has the large side pipe.

It's all stuff my dad, my friends and I collected over the years - All in the bushes at my dad's. If I don't save it, it's going to scrap. All those parts are getting hard to come by and being able to pick off the parts pile is nice. But I'm also out of my mind trying to save all this stuff...
