All parts where bought through reputable dealers, I'll use all the hardware from the original style stems, it all fit thanks for your help

Yes they have metal stems but are not close to original style. But I bought the original style stems that they said I could swap in the tube.

Here are some pics of the tube and the valve stem. The valve stems are NOT considered to be like the OEM stems, but in the description on the tube it sad to buy there replacement stem that is just like the originals and put them in.

Yeah I have the tool for peening the rivet, the problem I am having is getting something on the head side to buck it..... the hole in the rubber hinders getting anything in it so you can peen the rivet.

Is there a tool other than the one used to buck them on, gotta be hand tool to help set these without bucking them???

On my 31 Tudor it has the triangle hood bumpers. I am going too purchase Bert's replacement kit but they show screw and nuts holding the bumpers in place. Wasn't a Hallow rivet used originally??? I can't find anything in the standards book on this. I have tried to do these rivets bucking them...

Guy at Mike's said there is only 1 guy that makes these covers and he is just now getting going again after Rona, he's a one man band so it could be a while before he gets caught up.

All vendors seem too be out of this part. I have all new tires tubes etc.... But. I am missing these. Does anyone have 5 they can part with???
