Mini Starter for 8BA-any better than others?

I have Snap starters on both my 8BA in my 35 Cabriolet and on two Model A's. I have also installed a few others for friends. Good quality, performance, price.

    35 window regulator spring wanted

I would like to purchase the double coil regulator spring as used in my 35 Cabriolet. New, reproduction, or used is okay - just so it is good. Example photo attached.

31 Slant Window Sedan Left Rear Fender

Excellent, unique slant window fender, scratched original paint, zero accident damage. Had minor rust at reinforcement plate from trapped dirt and has been expertly repaired. All metal including bead are perfect - never hit - no thin spots. This excellent fender could be slightly modified to fit...

    30 31 Pickup Seat

Ugly original Model A seat cushion and backrest. Was in a 31 closed cab pickup. I believe that the backrest is original to the truck, but I think, judging from the upholstery, that the bottom cushion is from a 29 closed car - but it fits the pickup. Upholstery is old and rotted on both, but...

    Frame - September 1930

Very decent August - September 1930 bare frame - no running board brackets - surface pitting in usual places. Structurally sound. Nicely straightened from the usual sags and tweaks, cleaned, primed, and painted. Serial number picture from before painting - have number. Chuck 408 270-7206

    35 Cabriolet Rear Body Structure

Wow! Thank you to all who responded with great information. I now have what I need. Between the perfect picture provided by Randy in ca and the unbelievable original Ford drawings provided by Don Rodgers (off-line) I have no excuses. Time to get to work! Thanks again, Chuck E

    35 Cabriolet Rear Body Structure

Mike/NY - Thanks for the reply; so far you are the only one who has offered technical advice. My car has the hinges/hinge brackets and a rotted rumble lid in place. What is missing is the section from the rumble lid down to the floor pan level - about 10 inches by the with of the rumble...

    35 Cabriolet Rear Body Structure

Please excuse if this shows up twice - fumbling as I seldom participate in the forums. Thanks for the question. This was definitely a home done hack job. I bought the car in 1961 and the wood bed insert was rotted away at that time. Long story, but just getting serious about working on it...

    35 Cabriolet Rear Body Structure

I am rebuilding the rear body (and more) of a 35 cabriolet. Years ago it was cut from the rumble opening straight down each side to the floor pan to make a homemade pickup. The cut exposes remains of some structure below the body skin; some reinforcement directly below the rumble cover, and a...

    Headlight sockets

Hi Charlie: I have a good selection of the original sockets - all will need new wire. They are about twice as heavy as the replacement sockets that I also have. I don't know which are 28-29, and which are 30-31; there are two different lengths of the main lamp socket. I can provide all six...

    Trailer Pictures

Looking for pictures of early Ford pickup bed trailers. I am hoping that with enough evidence I can get CA DMV to register the one I have as Ford rather than a special construction. Please e-mail any picture that you may have directly elderton@comcast.net I have a 30 closed cab and a nicely...
