I know 20k is a pipe dream.... but I feel with a bit of elbow grease and a warm Spring day, I can do better than 5k.... It isn't eating anything sitting in the barn...
I was going through some past auction from last Summer and found Pristine models going for 20 grand plus.... Seems even if it took 6 grand to put this one right and 10 grand to buy it... would still leave a 4 grand margin....
As soon as I get a good warm weekend, I will roll it out and clean it...
I am not trying to piss anyone off and not trying to auction it... I have not even gotten it fully cleaned up and ready for sell... I was just saying that I am not hurting or in a hurry, but I would accept a fair offer....
I do appreciate all the info you guys have given me.
As far as "how much cash" that is part of what I am trying to determine with this thread. I would accept a fair cash offer, but I don't need to short sell it....
You guys have gotten past my working knowledge of this... at about reply number 7... Are you saying this was originally a Roadster that some one converted to a truck or that this was a factory/dealer conversion?
Thanks again.
What is a good source to use when assigning a value to this vehicle? What specific pictures do you guys need to asses the originality of this vehicle? Any info would be greatly appreciated...
Located in central Indiana by the way.
This was given to me for money owed. It is a registered runner and driver but my interests start at 1966 and I would like to sell it. Other than a massive cleaning, where do I start?
Oil spot is not from the the truck.
