I did the top water outlet housing with the tapping for the temperature probe. It works impressively well.

When I bought my Model A, one side of the rear axle had a "REX A " carbon steel tool bit for a key. It had been used as a lathe tool. When we disassembled the rear axle and housing, we were faced with an entire rebuild including axles. What a mess;

Well....I built my own trunk from plywood, covered with fake leather. I attached it to the rack today.

I've installed a Marvel Shaber carburetor. When I idle with the spark fully retarted, I get a real nice low idle. Maybe to slow?? I notice the ampmeter goes from a slight charge to a slight discharge. I do have the generator lookalike alternator (Powermaster). With the spark advanced 1/4 way...

Rusty: Use a screwdriver and remove the "top hat looking" cover. The shaft can be pulled out with needle nose pliers. Good Luck;

I had a similar problem. I found that while I was double clutching for first to second, I would move the shifter from right to left (in the middle) a couple of times, and then go to second. It only happened from first to second. It has since worked itself out. I think mine was a little...
