These were made for an Ardun in a 32 Ford. They have been used, but someone put a whole lot of time and money into making these things. They have some sort of ceramic coating - you can see where oxidation is showing, but they could be polished up to look a whole lot better. I got them, with...

Why bother converting stock 6v starters to 12v? I run 12v through mine every time I start them and they last just fine. Heck, we even ran 24v through them in a racing application and they handled it.
