Doesn't matter if you are halfway around the world or across town, if you don't go you will never know how it was. The number of venders may be "down" for a variety of reason, but what matters is what is there and for sale, and you just don't know till you GO!

The "real life" reason you want to start with the "best you can get" to start(and the machine shop know this, no secret here) most of these blocks are "junk", it take time and effort which equates to $$$$ just to find out it is junk...
