I could use some tips from anyone that has removed the windshield pillar garnish molding on a '29 coupe or tudor. I'm trying to remove mine on my Business Coupe to install new windlace but cannot get the top of the molding to come loose. It appears to be held in place by the metal windshield...
Am I correct that in order to install new windlace in my '29 business coupe I will need to drill the rivets out on the track on the door pillar? It looks like the windlace installs in the channel located there.
Thanks

I realize this is an old thread but for anyone needing to remove a crankshaft pulley be sure and read Purdy Swoft’s post. I broke my one piece crank pulley leaving only the hub and 1 3/8” crank nut. To get the nut broken loose I braced the wrench handle against the drivers side frame and...
Hey all,
I'm looking for the tool for driving the rear hub bearing seal into the rear hub and drum assembly like Bratton's part # 1560T.
If anyone has one they would part with it would be appreciated!

If anyone has an old vintage clamp on style external thread repair tool that I can use to repair the 5/8" - 18 threads on a '29 rear axle shaft that they would sell please let me know.
Thanks

Does anyone have a good old original hand crank for a Model A?
Thanks for checking your stash!

***** I found the hand crank I needed. Thank to all that responded !
By any chance does anyone have a copy of the old LeBaron Bonney upholstery instructions for a 1929 Business Coupe? I'm particularly interested in how the top installation is done both inside as well as outside.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Hey guys,
I'm looking for suggestions for a carrier to ship a '29 Business Coupe from northern Illinois to the Kansas City, MO area. I posted it on Uship but not having much success so far.
Any suggestions of someone to haul this would be greatly appreciated!
