Hello, I'm reassembling a bendix with new bolts and locking tabs, the bolt closest to the starter is hitting the armature shaft like a set screw, is this bolt too long ? The other bolt is lining up going into the hole on the shaft and looks OK What is the torque on these 5/16" bolts ? Thanks
