I use Bird-X Transonic Electronic pest control.

Have an experienced welder tig weld an extension to the broken stud. Then treat with penetrant and try to loosen it.

I received mine last week.

Dear hard times, Yes, the dowels at VERY important. Without them, there is a great chance that your flywheel bolts will shear off and cause many problems.
