    More on HIGH SHIPPING FEES

Good Thought, I see that happening. I am hoping to shrink my stash considerably before the lights go out, and the memory gets worse. Ain't life Grand. Thanks!

    More on HIGH SHIPPING FEES

WOW; Great input from so many different prospectives. I only recently started selling a life long collection of STUFF, on e-bay. Can't begin to add up the hours the wife is, and has spent trying to figure out the most reasonable method of shipping, to make things affordable. All items vary...

    56 T-Bird Portholes

I didn't mean the Bird was built out of the US. I meant the Portholes. I have the original Build Sheet for the car. An extra letter on the ID plate on the firewall, suggests it was destined for shipping out of US.

    '56 Ford Rear End

If it's the Pig type, and sounds like it is, 49 - 56 should be the same. I have run into an issue putting the later into a 54 Merc. Had to relieve the Housing a little to get the ring gear in. 3.78s, I tkink 3.36 ratio also, were usually from standard 3 spd ( non OD) cars.3.22s in most V8 auto...

    Industrial Y - Block

I have an Industrial Y - Block powering a 3 phase Generator. I don't have the specs right in front of me. I want to find out things like the Valves and Crank Materials. It runs super and should be used in something. It has G heads, a 57 up 2v Intake reduced to a 1 Barrel. It also has a temp...

    56 T-Bird Portholes

Yes, I suspeced it has been modified. But I wondered if anyone knew who might have made the kit. It seems well built, with tight hardware. They must have made more than one. I will tahe pictures in the spring if I can remember that long. The car is in storage now. Thanks

    Evans Intake on E-Bay

Thanks: Tim; 4tford; Torchie: I think you covered just about all of my curio's. Guess that means I won't be retiring on that find. LOL I sure is nice to be able to access so much info, and so fast. Thanks to the FORD Barn, and especially you members that offer opinions, and knowledge so...

    Evans Intake on E-Bay

I guess the question i'm asking is, how rare are they, and what is a reasonable price? Because I just discovered a nice one in Daddy's Barn, and I'm wondering if it would be more desirable if I polished it, or just clean it good?

    Evans Intake on E-Bay

Hi all, Has anyone checked out the Evans 2x2 Intake, offered by So Cal on E-Bay, for a mere 888.88. I know nothing about the Evans story. Are they that rare and the valueable realisticly? Any info at all will be appreciated. Thanks

    Beware New England :)

Knowing how Winter is down there. What if we all came on down with ya? Might get a little crowded don't ya think. But I would miss the winter fun. Gettin the fire wood, shoveling for the meter reader, who never comes. Keep the oil fill pipe shoveled so we can have a few thousand dollars worth of...

    Tea Pot Carburetor

I agree the adapter looks odd. I put a 390 Holley on a 53 Flatty useing the adapter. I bolted the adapter to the carb, then rounded and shaped the adapter to look like it was part of the base. It looks natural on there. I mounted ihe Carb backwards to eliminate the throttle linkage...
