I need to remove the outside door handles and key holes from my 40. (It's a 4 door so I've got a few) I've done some staring at it but haven't figured it out. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I'm trying to get a pair of Edlebrock heads off the engine. They've been on there a long time and I haven't been able to budge them. I've heard about the rope trick. Has anyone actually done this and are there any down sides like damage to the heads or engine. Thanks

The headlights on my bone stock (almost) 40 are putting out a dim glow. Bright enough for others to see me but they are not giving me much road information. This is still a 6 volt car. The reflectors seem shiny enough to the eye. Do I need different bulbs?

Last spring I bought a 59 engine for my long term project. (40 sedan) I was told that this was an engine that was built sometime in the 50's and was running a year before I got it. I have no proof of that but I think the price was right. It has Edlebrock heads, an Edmonds manifold, Fenton...

I apologise if this is a well beaten horse but I am still confused. I have speedway discs on the front of my project forty. It's a rolling chassis-body off frame. I'm ready to move on with a master cylinder and lines. My question is which cylinder and what pitfalls to avoid. Thanks.
