    49 conv. top frame

I'm looking at a 49 project on Sat. Not sure if the top frame is there, but I'll check.

    1949-50 frame swap question...and more

Thanks for the diagrams. Being that the left front conv. frame is bent, what would be the best way to proceed...either have the frame straightened or use the 4 door frame and splice in the X member?

    1949-50 frame swap question...and more

I just looked at a potential package deal project. 49's or 50's or both? Anyway, there's a convert. that was hit drivers front missing front cap and running gear but decent body needing some floor/driver door repair. Comes with a bullet riddled parts car and another complete 4 door donor car...

    29 stake bed rear fenders?

Just an observation on the refreshed motor picture. That looks like a solid front motor mount that I hear was not used past November 1928, Are you quite sure this is a 29?

    29 stake bed rear fenders?

Nice project you've got. I've located a 30-31 AA that was originally a fire truck. This one is a dually and has rear fenders. Anyone know if these are the same as express fenders?

    1928 AR identification

Thanks, Mike. I would be very interested in checking out the Restoration and Judging guidelines. Where can I find it? I just moved up here to Ga. from Miami 2 1/2 years ago.

    1928 AR identification

As for the front motor mount...there's no engine, but someone told me to see if the front cross member turns up at the rear toward the engine, which it does. What does that tell me? I have seen AR designations on other sites but don't really know much about these. Thanks again, Brian

    1928 AR identification

Thanks, Steve. That's a wealth of information on your site. I can't find a gas tank number but found an assembly code # on the front subrail. It's F16012 so it looks like a Detroit car? I might try to get the body lifted to see if there's a # on the frame.

    1928 AR identification

I have an early '28 tudor without engine, interior or steering. It has a trans with park brake in front of shifter but also has a mounting hole for the parking brake by the drivers kick panel. Fluted headlights, no fender mount taillight, tail light mounts to bottom drivers side of body. Are...
