Looking for backing plates for 14" hydraulic drum brakes. As I can't find the correct parts, I will have to modify something. Most important things are 14" drum size, 4" center hole on front and 5 1/8" on the rear. I can work with shoe width, but the existing are 2 1/2 " front and up to 4" rear.

Wanting to convert the mechanical brakes on this truck to hydraulic. '39 was the only year having said system on the torque tube style rear end (So I've heard.) Minimum needed is the backing plates front and rear. The restoration will (STOP) if I can't find these parts. Any help in the right...
