The brackets on my 39 pickup are 1 inch wide, .085 thick including paint so just a hair over 1/16 thick. Holes are 3 inches center to center. Holes are oversized 1/4. I just pulled an early 32 rear apart. Driveshaft looks close to yours put the taper is threaded near the tube end. Very fine thread but there was no nut installed. What would be the reason for this. Cant seem to post photos.
