This photo shows the stance of my Vickie. the rear tire fills the fender well. It looks too low to me.

    Sagging rear end

My 31 Victoria seems to sit a little low in the rear and will bottom out on bumps in the road. It has new shocks, so I don't think that is the problem. I am guessing the 100-year-old spring is worn out. Can these springs be "reshaped" by a good shop or do I need to invest in a new spring? Any...

Still Worried About the Antique Car Hobby Being Dead or Dying??

Wonderful, encouraging posts above. At these events, leave your lawn chairs and DO NOT TOUCH signs at home. The cargo shorts and white socks and sandals crowd need to try harder to embrace the 21st century. It ain't 1956 anymore. Thank you for the great photos of people, hands on, participating...

    Paint options for driver

Great idea. Offer to do the masking yourself as well. You may consider that as prep work. You can do the door jams, with a rattle can of your paint color, made up by your local paint store.

Brent, Very Informative post. If you have the time, could you please explain the purpose, and application technique, of the clay bar? Thank you in advance, Phil

    VIN location on frame?

I just passed a Vin verification, at my DMV, using the stamp on the engine. That is an acceptable location.
