    Dash knob replacement

The 1941 Ford Special dash knobs are gray but have an ivory appearance to them. The hood release knob and gear shift knob are the same color. You would need to use a strong glue to hold them on like JB weld. Fred Killian

    1941 super deluxe production number

The 1941 Ford could have a Mercury engine as the Mercury engine was an approved option in 1941. If the Mercury engine was installed at the factory into a Ford vehicle the Mercury serial number would have been stamped into the frame rail.

    Bumper interchangeability

1940-1941 bumpers are not interchangeable the 1941 Ford body is wider then the 1940 body. They may look the same but they are different. You will have to rechrome your 1941 bumpers. Fred

My three 1941 Ford parts books show the part number for a 1941 Commercial vehicle to be 11C-11500. The plastic button is black and the bezel is chrome.
