Should both sides of the coil be hot with both the key on and the key off?

Can somebody show me a picture of the top and bottom brackets for mounting the back cushion in a 30 coupe rumble seat. Mine are missing so I guess I’ll try to make them unless someone has a set to sell. Thanks
