I do have the old owners NY insurance reg. card with the VIN number on it. NC wants a title application with 1 and 1/2 times the cars value in a bond, to hold for three years. I sure wish I could find a better way!

I have purchased a 1933 Ford Tudor Deluxe that came from NY in 1977. It has never been titled in this state NC. Were there titles issued when this car was sold new? Thanks for your time! Terry
