I am tired of grinding the gears in my 31 truck. Does anyone know a way to solve this problem with the original trans. If not what trans would you recommend

Do you have to switch to a 12 volt system to install a distributor where I don't have to constantly fool with the spark advance. If not who is selling these. Do you still have to set the point's or is it electronic.

Are there any YouTube videos showing how to convert my 31 model a from 6 volts to 12 volts. I'm trying to get away from constantly adjusting the spark. I want to keep it looking original. Do I have to change to 12 volts to achieve this.

I'm losing my indoor space, to start a new project. Does anyone know where I can find a really good cover for my finished 31 pickup. Has anyone tried these hard dome covers that slide back.

Did the Model A have a Ven plate or was that info stamped on the frame. My 31 truck doesn't have one. I have the title but I don't know if anything has been changed on it. I also like to know if this hurts the resale value.

I'm thinking about buying a 31 CCPU. The seller has the truck registration, but I cannot find the Ven plate with the information on this truck. Can someone tell me where it should be or did they have one. Also does this change the value of the truck if it doesn't have one. I know all modern cars...

I see the difference in the beds, and I have the same problem. My T bed is in very good shape, so I can't see spending alot of money replacing it. Is the stake pocket the only difference between the A bed and the T bed.
