update.. timing gear is OK.rotor is strong and OK....think I figured out whats going on..when it came starting time the old feller always shot starting fluid in the carb ,lots of it ....so I thinking it washed all lube off valve stems and they stuck open..ha ha always something new..guess Ford...

ran a week ago but poorly fixed fuel..fixed electric..today spun over faster than usual ..so i checked compresion ..zero on all cylinders ..piston going up and down ok ..another better idea from ford ? is timing gear stripped ? never ending battle..sc
