Can anyone suggest which red top 6v optima for my 39 ford standard. My car is stock and does not have extras that require more power. Will also not be starting in cold weather. I looked at Amazon and they have several optima.
Ok..I new the detergent compared to non-detergent is a hot topic.
Once I get started will be changing oil frequently. Grandkids and I are having fun and learning about a car I bought when I was 13 years.
How things have changed, cannot imagine my grandkids buying a car at that age.
Still working on things to get it started but will research wheel comment after it is running.
Hope my grandsons will be here long enough to change the oil.
After lot of reading have decided on non detergent. The auto store looked at me like I was nuts when I asked for it.
Now I am starting to like your thoughts on the ranger. It does have plow but has 143000 miles.
My lane is 1/2 mile and gets cold sitting on my tractor when it is snowing.
$2,700 sounds like way to much
Thanks for all of the information. I decided against the bronco ii and now looking at a Ford Ranger 1988 xlt 2.9 v6 engine. Has 143000 miles also has Meyer plow.
Any thoughts on value of ranger and use for plowing. Wants $2700
First wash after many years. Difficult to wash inside of my building but moving things around so they do not get wet.
One front tire has a scraping sound when I spin, cannot spin one rear tire.
Any thoughts.
Thanks for your help!
