Today is time that left drum lose grip with 20tn jack and heat

I have problem with rear brake drums removal, see attached photos, is it right style to remove? It is very tight and stucked. Then there is a wedge and wedge groove, no need operation in drum removal? Other question is: what is right and original gloss in frame paint? And what parts are maybe...
